Be Ballot Ready
Staying informed during elections is a challenge. It’s hard to notify the public, and even more difficult to make voting an important and fun civic duty. That’s why Phil the Ballot was created. Phil is the approachable character to remind everyone to go out and vote! I photographed Phil (a large costume) and an expression board of foam eyes, mouths, and eyebrows to allow photoshopping a variety of expressions for Phil.
